 Under the leadership of President Mr. Sudo of Artemyn Specialties Japan Co., Ltd., our Director Sugawara visited Sobueclay Co., Ltd., based in Nagoya. Both companies specialize in handling inorganic minerals such as talc and magnesium oxide.

 As part of the ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency within Japan following the renovation of the accounting system at Artemyn Specialties Japan, the introduction of Peppol for billing transactions between Artemyn Specialties Japan and Sobueclay Co., Ltd. was proposed, leading to this important meeting.

 To demonstrate the use of Peppol, it is essential to review the actual transactions between the two companies. Clarifying the current workflows and operations, we engaged in active discussions to determine the best approach to ensure the experiment contributes to the future success of both organizations. As administrative efficiency remains a critical theme in the evolving business relationship between the two firms, the integration of Peppol with existing software solutions is also an important aspect to consider.

 President Mr. Sobue of Sobueclay Co., Ltd. shared that the company is approaching its 85th anniversary. Reflecting on the wealth of business expertise and experience accumulated over the decades, Mr. Sobue expressed his vision to actively incorporate digital innovation into future operations to strengthen differentiation and create added value. In addition to digitalizing invoices, discussions emerged regarding the potential use of QMSTRACE to digitize various delivery-related documents and enhance their traceability.
