Our Mr.Sugawara attended Exchange Summit Singapore (4^th-6^th December 2023) as a presenter of Japan Peppol Authority.   Fujitsu Corporation and Hiyoshi Kaisoten LTD. also attended the summit to declare their own activities as a part of the initiatives.

Fujitsu Corporation deploys their access point as C3 of the government of Japan. We expect that a big portion of invoices coming to the Government will be through Peppol network.

Hiyoshi Kaisoten Ltd. is a local logistics company with 2 group companies.  They are trying to get digitalized using Peppol for all intra-group transactions, with aiming to more process efficiency.  They also expect the wide spread of Peppol users in the area or in the same business sector, in order to make the community more digitalized.

In APAC region, cross border transaction is quite important for regional economy, therefore, we explained various possibilities of service based on the JP PINT NON-TAX INVOICE specification.

After the event, The Ambassador of Norway to Singapore, H.E. Eivind S. Homme invited us to a buffet reception party, which is also hosted by Mr.Andre Hoddevik / Open Peppol Secretary General.

Japan Peppol Team is expecting further interesting use cases using JP PINT . The benefit is brought not only to service providers but also to all the users. We are happy to watch a ‘reality show’ created by Peppol Family members.
