Harano Seicha Hompo, located in Okuyame/Kyushu, has decided to try QMS TRACE for delivering the value of products and tradition, so called ‘Cha no Takumi' (master of the tea), to their valued customers.
One of their best seller snacks "Tea Leaf cake" was registered into QMS TRACE. Mr.Masaki Harano, sales director, who is already actively using SNS, was very good at using the app without any difficulty, even the very first time of QMS TRACE. For an event scheduled in February 2025, several types of Harano’s products, including tea and snacks, will be served, and those products are registered in the app. The Japan famous digital invoice ‘JP PINT’ will be used to improve efficiency for both the seller and the buyer, especially for new business and customers created thanks to the ‘delivery of the value’ by QMS TRACE.
In the shop ‘Chanoha dou', you can find a wide variety of tea and other products. Their friendly and professional staff at the shop provide you with a deep insight of the characteristics and quality of each product.
At the end of the visit, President Harano himself served matcha tea and explained how Harano Seicha Hompo protects local culture and traditions with also exploring new markets. Each season, the company holds a "Thanksgiving" event for valued customers and business partners, trying an effort to unite and revitalize the local community. In the future, the company plans to use QMS TRACE to spread awareness of the company's spirit and the "value" of its products to more people, at the same time, to make their administration work more efficient.
Tea is an essential part of Japanese lifestyle and culture, and we take it for granted, why not try to rethink and experience its "real value" through a digital experience?
